When you invest your hard-earned money in our products, you can do so with confidence, knowing that they will remain fully functional and free from defects. Additionally, we are committed to doing everything in our power to keep your product in use and out of landfills. The sofa frames are made to last a lifetime, so we offer India's first 6-year warranty on Sofa frames and Sofa system.

What Our 3-Year Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product non-functional

What Our 3-Year Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light
• Natural variations of wood grain or figure or the presence of character marks
• Natural variations of powder coating on table legs
• Normal wear and tear, including everyday use
• Damage caused by sharp objects, prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, modifications, alterations, tampering, improper maintenance or repairs, acts of nature (fire, lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, hurricane), or any actions or uses outside our recommendations on our site.

Lastly, we want you to enjoy your Pelican Essentials products to the fullest, but it's important to use them within their intended capabilities. Using a product beyond its normal purpose can lead to damage that is not covered by our warranty. For example, a sofa is designed for sitting, relaxing, and enjoying, but it is not meant to withstand activities like jumping, roughhousing, or using it as a trampoline.

To ensure the longevity of your Pelican product and to avoid potential damage, please use it according to its intended purpose. Submitting a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at info@pelicanessentials.com with your order number and an explanation of the situation.

Our Promise - 3-Year Pelican Essentials Tables & Sofa Limited Warranty We design our products to be serviceable, which means that if any part of your Pelican product becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition.

Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. A little scratch or nick here and there adds character to your furniture, and we encourage you to embrace it. However, if something breaks due to a manufacturer defect or during normal use, rest assured that we're here to support you.

We are also committed to sustainability and may issue warranty replacements from our stock of open-box, gently used, or refurbished items whenever possible. These replacements come with the same lifetime guarantee as your original purchase.

Note: The standard warranty does not apply to paint, apparel, and finishing. While we guarantee apparel, coating, and finishing against manufacturing defects, they are not guaranteed for a lifetime of use. 

6-Year Limited Warranty on Frames & Systems

At Pelican Essentials, we stand by the exceptional quality and durability of our products. That's why we offer a 6-year limited warranty on frames, systems, and mechanisms. This warranty is a testament to our commitment to creating products that are built to last a lifetime.

What's Covered:

• Frames, systems, and mechanisms are covered under this warranty.
• It applies to products used for their intended purpose in normal day-to-day indoor conditions.
• For example, if you have one of our sofas and you use it indoors with regular, everyday usage, this warranty ensures that you can confidently purchase and replace the legs with a new set of legs as needed.

What's Not Covered:

• Breakages that occur during moving, lifting, or dropping of products.
• Paint-related issues.
• This warranty primarily focuses on the structural integrity of the product when used in normal indoor conditions and for its intended purpose.

Eligibility for Warranty To be eligible for the Pelican Essentials Table & Sofa System Limited Warranty:

1. You must be the original purchaser and provide a valid proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers.
2. You must have purchased the table, round table, coffee table, side table, or desk directly from PelicanEssentials.com and be located in India.
3. Your written warranty request must be received within 5 years from the date of purchase.
4. The table, round table, coffee table, side table, or desk must have been installed and used only in accordance with the specifications provided with the product or on our website.
5. The product must have been used under typical conditions and must never have been subjected to abuse, accidental damage, or other abnormal usage.

Limitations Items listed in our furniture category are guaranteed against defects but are excluded from our standard lifetime warranty, as indicated in the footnote above. Our warranty primarily covers defects or failures that affect the core functionality of our products.

Beyond these limitations, we believe in providing exceptional customer service and will work diligently to support you. We kindly request that our customers use our products responsibly and refrain from misuse, neglect, or intentional destruction. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for products that have been abused or used outside their intended purpose. Additionally, please note that our warranty policy may be subject to change in the future.
